Updates and server issues deemed beyond our control will not result in any refunds nor will they count towards any credits in subscription fees. Server issues and updates that make Tigerprince.com unavailable may take place without prior warning. The owner and the staff of Tigerprince.com reserve the right to close any section on the site for update purposes on an as needed basis.

Tigerprince Entertainment LLC. makes no warranty that (a) Tigerprince.com will meet your requirements (b) the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. (c) The results that may be obtained from the use of the site will be accurate or reliable. (d) The quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through this site will meet your expectations and (e) any errors in the software will be corrected.

Termination of your Tigerprince.com account includes (a) removal of access to all offerings within the site, including but not limited to all members only areas. (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring further use of the site. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Tigerprince.com’s sole discretion and that TigerPrince Entertainment LLC. shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, or access to the site.
